While every soldier will learn how to properly maintain their personal rifle in boot camp, you will go on to complete 19 weeks of advanced training which will give you the skills necessary to repair machinery most people are not even trained to use let alone fix. You will be taught how to completely take apart the weaponry in order to troubleshoot problems and properly maintain the arms.
